About The Artist
Kerri Warner sees her art as vibrant visual storytelling, rich with texture and detail, each composition combines elements inspired by everyday moments, executed with a whimsical touch. She loves the puzzle of putting together pattern and color, portraying body language and facial expressions that make the viewer stop and ponder the situation or stir a memory of time spent with friends or family. Her imagination and observation of the world around her are the driving force behind her creations.
About The Artwork
The Showman’s jacket is built from an old tourist poster from San Francisco and embellished with metal drawer pulls that I found at an antique faire. His pants are pages from an art book about Norman Rockwell. Raised texture letters are in the background.
